A simple butcher having a pregnant wife. His cynical boss. Two pieces of meat carcasses. Both special and the fascination exerced to poor butcher. Inspired atmosphere, nice slices of humor - the young Ruben Terryn gives a lovely performance and cold end. The implicit comparison between father and steak works more than well.
